Jesus said come to me everyone that labors and He will give us rest. This bible topic today is beseeching us to seek Jesus while it’s not too late for us to. We have been given the spirit of adoption, we can call on Jesus every time and anytime.

John 5vs 50. And still you are not willing [but refuse] to come to Me, so that you might have life. Jesus is the way,the truth and the life but many times, men due to his fallen state won’t want to come to that saving arms of Jesus for help. They will rather try to figure out a way himself to do it so that he can calm the victory.

In the old testament,when God wants to give victory to the Israelites, He would ask them to do the unimaginable like letting the minstrels lead the battle, like going to war against thousands of men with 300 so that He can take the glory alone.

We must not allow ego and pride to push us away from the saving arm of Christ. Only Jesus can save and give us life. We should always remember that He alone can kill the body and the soul and also only in Him exist eternal life.
