Prayer is the master key. It was recorded in the bible that whenever Jesus wanted to perform a miracle He prayed to God first. It is good to pray as the bible says we can only redeem the evil days with prayers. When we pray we communicate with our God most High.
Prayer brings us closer to God and gives us the opportunity to know what God is thinking or the messages He’s trying to pass to us His children through the help of the holy spirit. Also in one of Jesus’ preaching He told us to watch and pray . Prayer helps us to be steadfast and does not give the evil ones access over our life. Another benefits of praying is God speaks to us when we pray and also grant us our prayer requests. Twenty bible verses have been collected together to help us know more about the importance of praying.
1. Matthew 6:5-12
And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. 2. James 5:16
Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
3. Luke 11:1-8

10. Matthew 26:41
