Patience is an essential aspect of a Christian journey. It’s paramount that a Christian waits on God because that is how a well and packaged blessing will be achieved. After praying, a crucial thing we need to know as Christians is to wait on God. Being patient doesn’t mean we are stupid or don’t know what we want; instead, it shows that we know the God we serve will definitely do more than what we have asked for.


Patience is part of the fruit of the holy spirit. For those who lack this gift as Christians, let’s ask for it because many great blessings await those who are patient.


Whatever it is that we have been believing God for , just have little patience God will do it even beyond our expectations . Twenty bible verses have been collected to explain more to us about the importance of patience, the benefits of having patience and how we can apply it to our daily lives .

 

1. Psalm 37:7-9

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.
