Women are wonderful creatures. They bring joy to wherever they are. God spoke at length about women in the bible. They are the joy of the home. We see that women are soft and friendly creatures. Women took care of Jesus and when He resurrected too they were the first people He appeared to.

The role of women in the home cannot be underestimated as they are to take care of the children, the church and the home

There are many powerful women mentioned in the bible such as Mary mother of Jesus, Hannah mother of Samuel, Deborah the powerful prophetess, Dorcas the good woman and so on. Their stories are full of bravery, selflessness, inspiration and motivation.

Even the birth of Jesus would not have been completed without the existence of a woman. Bible verses about women and girls are mentioned in the scripture.

God knows the power a woman carry right from the day she was born. These bible verses about women can help inspire and motivate the women around us.

 

1. 1 Timothy 2:11-15

Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. Yet she will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.

 

2. Ephesians 5:22-33

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
