Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses for hope and future. The future is bright. This is what we all say. However, the future is not so bright to see. Else everyone would know exactly where their life is heading. And this will help caution running helter-skelter in search of a better life. Due to the uncertainty of the future, we can only hope for the best.

Although we don’t know what the future holds and we can only hope for the best. However, we have a God that knows the future. He is the Alpha and the Omega. He is the beginning and the end. He is the one that knows the beginning from the end and the end from the beginning. Because of Him, our hope of a better future has become an assurance that in Him the best is sure.

Regardless of what you are going through in life, God has better plans for your future. I don’t know the problems or tribulations that are confounding you at the moment. Know this, God is alive and He’s watching. And in His time He will make everything beautiful. The enemy understands that as humans we have a point of elasticity. So he capitalizes on our problem, that’s why we need hope and faith.

The scripture offers so many solutions that can help us build a solid hope for a better future. To help us overcome our lack of hope, we have compiled a list of 20 Bible verses for hope and the future.

 

1. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

 

2. Romans 5:2-5

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

 

3. Psalm 27:4-5

I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to inquire in his temple.  For he will hide me in his shelter in the day of trouble; he will conceal me under the cover of his tent; he will lift me high upon a rock.

Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off.
