Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses for wealth and prosperity

Remember the popular saying that In my father’s house there many mansions. This should tell us that our God is not poor . He is full of riches and glory.

We understand that; Wealth is the abundance of valuable material possessions or resources.

Prosperity could be defined as the condition of being successful or thriving especially economic well-being.

I’m sure even as Christians we all aspire to be successful and wealthy.God Himself is very well interested in oursuccess and financial status. The bible has told us to work hard. Remember the part of the bible that says see thou a man diligent in His work he will wine and dine with kings and princes.There has always en different arguments about what God says about wealth and prosperity over the years God deos not want us to suffer , purge your mind of any negative saying you must have heard about money and your financial well being as a Christian.

It is God’s will and wishes for all believers to be Wealthy and Prosperous. Though some Christians are nonchalant about what God wished for for them in terms of being successful. While some believers know that it’s their right as a child of God not to suffer they need to work towards it and trust God to crown their efforts.God’s hands and your dedication to whatever it is God has given you to do will determine how successful you would be .

 

There are some mind-transforming truths in the bible about Wealth And prosperity that will give you more understanding and we shall be going through a few of them today;

 

1. Deuteronomy 8:18

You shall remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

 

2. 1 Timothy 6:17-19

As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, thus storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.

 

3. Proverbs 3:9-10

Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.

 

4. Matthew 25:14-23

For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.
