Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about commitment.

Commitment is the state of dedicating oneself to God. As Christians after we have accepted Jesus as our saviour and eternal peace, we then tell Him that we want Him to be the author and the finisher of our faith henceforth. By this way you have told Him that you are dedicating your life to Him and telling Him to handle every affairs of your life. Committing ourselves to God has so many benefits. Those who commit their lives to God will see His hands in everything they do.

When we say God I commit my life to you, it means that we are no longer the driver or director of our lives, it has been handed over to the Supreme God and surely He will lead us right. Although giving ourselves totally to God comes with it’s own challenges and problems, but God has promised to see us through. For instance we see that the commitments of christians and many believers in the scripture have been challenged whenever they’re going through difficulties and hardships. But we see that God fought for them and gave them eternal peace and rest.

We know it’s not easy to stay committed but let’s trust the Lord that those who wait on God will be rewarded greatly. When we feel lost and can’t go on anymore, the bible verses below is to encourage us and help us hold on tightly to our faith.
