Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about serving others. As we have explained on several occasions, serving God is not just about going to church, it is about showing love and kindness to others. Our service to God is everything that makes us human.

Speaking about humanity, in our pursuit of greatness we must learn to serve others. There is popular parlance that said that Whoever is too big to serve is too small to lead. Serving others improves our capacity to become great. As we serve others we gather experience to become a boss of our own.

Before Christ became Christ, he served in the synagogue. He learned under the tutelage of scholars in the synagogue. Serving others is a place of preparation. It is of unlearning and learning. Whoever will become great in life must first serve.

A man doesn’t just become great overnight. It takes consistent efforts to become great. And one of the greatest enemies of greatness is the spirit of pride. Pride will make you see reasons why you should not serve others. And when you don’t serve others, you can’t be served too.

To be great in life you must learn the act of humility. We have curated a list of 20 Bible verses about serving others. It will teach you why it is essential to serve others.

1. Matthew 25:35-40

When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.

3. 1 Peter 4:10-11

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

4. James 2:14-17

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about serving God. The primary essence of our creation is to serve God. Serving God is not just about going to church or attending different worship centers. It is also about our heart of humanity. We serve God not only by being devoted to our religious duty. We serve God by showing love and kindness to other people.

Remember when Christ was teaching about the judgment and people will be judged. Matthew 25:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me. They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.

Jesus told the people if you don’t show love and kindness to the people around you, that means you didn’t do it for God. And that is one of our services to Him. As much as we devout ourselves to religious activities, we must love and care for our neighbors. If we are so passionate about the God we have not seen but do not care about the man next to us, we are not serving God.

We have curated a list of 20 Bible verses about serving God.

1. Malachi 3:17-18

They shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, in the day when I make up my treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him. 2. 1 Thessalonians 1:8-10

For not only has the word of the Lord sounded forth from you in Macedonia and Achaia, but your faith in God has gone forth everywhere, so that we need not say anything. For they themselves report concerning us the kind of reception we had among you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.

3. Hebrews 9:13-14

For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling of defiled persons with the ashes of a heifer, sanctify for the purification of the flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.

4. Revelation 7:14-15

5. Ephesians 6:6-8

Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

6. Romans 12:4-7

For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. 7. Acts 20:18-21

You yourselves know how I lived among you the whole time from the first day that I set foot in Asia, serving the Lord with all humility and with tears and with trials that happened to me through the plots of the Jews; how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house, testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of repentance toward God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

8. Joshua 24:15

If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

9. 1 Chronicles 28:9

And you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind, for the LORD searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever.

For who is the greater, one who reclines at table or one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines at table? But I am among you as the one who serves.

Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about forgiving others. Forgiveness is one of our core values as believers. As Christians, we must learn how to forgive others when they offend us. I have seen men claiming they can never forgive someone just because they were hurt by what they have done. You will hear a man say, not in this world anymore. I will never forgive him.

By a drop of semen, a man is brought into this world, like he knows not when he came he has no idea when he will leave. Yet you see a man walk around like he owns the entire world. Christ while teaching us how to pray said forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. That means the concept of getting Forgiveness from God is about forgiving others.

Do you know there is a feeling of calmness we get any time we truly forgive others who trespass against us? If you want to have peace of mind, try as much as you can to forgive someone today. There is great importance in forgiving others.

To better understand the importance of forgiving others, we have compiled a list of 20 bible verses about forgiving others.

1. Psalm 103:10-12

4. Matthew 6:9-13

This, then, is how you should pray: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. 5. 1 Timothy 1:15-16

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.

6. Ephesians 4: 31-32

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

7. Matthew 18: 21-22

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, ‘Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?’ Jesus answered, ‘I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

8. Colossians 3:12-13

He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

10. Luke 17:3-4

So watch yourselves. “If your brother or sistersins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.

11. Romans 12:16-18

Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. 14. Romans 12:19-21

Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses for Easter. Easter is a period of reconciliation with God. It is a period when we remember the great sacrifice Christ made with his life on the cross of Calvary. And beyond the sacrifice, it also teaches us about the undying love of the father towards us.

The scripture said while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus took the blame for our sin and paid for it on the cross. Many people may wonder why Christ has to die when God is powerful to destroy sin and the devil who is the mastermind of all evil things.

It is important to know that the creation of the earth is based on principles. Our God is highly principled. That’s why there are principles to everything on earth. The rule of saving a soul is letting another go. God couldn’t have bypassed that principle. That’s why Christ had to sacrifice himself for the redemption of man.

Meanwhile, it is not only God that loves mankind. Christ also loves man. That’s why he could take upon himself the burden of pain and death. Easter teaches us that as we have been saved through the death and resurrection of Christ, we must work toward saving other people.

Also, it teaches us that we have power over death through Christ Jesus. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. Christ died so we don’t perish and that’s what Easter is about.

We have compiled a list of 20 Bible verses for Easter to further increase our knowledge.

1. Matthew 28:8-10

So they departed quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples.  And behold, Jesus met them and said, “Greetings!” And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see me.

2. John 20:19-24

On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being locked where the disciples were for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”  When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.”  Now Thomas, one of the Twelve, called the Twin, was not with them when Jesus came.

3. Acts 1:3, 9

He presented himself alive to them after his suffering by many proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God … And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.

4. 1 Peter 1:3-5

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

5. 1 Corinthians 15:14-20

And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain. We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified about God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised.  And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.  Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.  If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied. But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.

6. Romans 6.4

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in the newness of life.

7. Romans 1: 16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ; for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, the just shall live by faith.

8. Romans 5:1

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; by whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

9. Philippians 3:9

And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness which is of the law but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto death.

10. Colossians 1:13:14

Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.

11. Ephesians 1:7:8

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace, where he hath abounded towards us in all wisdom and prudence.

12. Colossians 1: 10

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principalities and power.

13. Luke 24: 6–7

He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.

14. Acts 3:15

You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.

15. Luke 23:44 – 47

It was now about noon, and darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon, for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last. The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God and said, “Surely this was a righteous man.

16. Mark 8: 31

He then began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and after three days rise again.

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.

19. John 2:19

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about new beginnings KJV. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. The life we used to live when we were in the world, it is no longer possible to continue living that life once you are in Christ. If you find it easy to continue living the old life you used to live before accepting Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, then you have not truly become a creature. The moment you accept Christ as your lord, you have become a new creature and old things have passed away.

That is an era of a new beginning for you. It is not too late to start afresh. God doesn’t take pleasure in the death of a sinner but he wants them to repent. Genuine repentance makes a man born again, and when a man is born again that means he has become a new creature. At this stage of your newfound faith, you are at the milking level. The enemy doesn’t give up on our soul so easily. Even after we have accepted Christ as our lord and savior, the enemy will still be doing all it takes to win us back to himself. This explains as a new convert, one must be well-grounded in the word of God.

There are several scriptural verses about new beginnings. These bible verses will strengthen our faith as we get on part of this new journey. Do not let the enemy win you over. Take refuge in the word of God. There are so many things you should know as you journey through this part and the word of God is the best school for you to learn all these things. We have compiled 20 Bible verses about new beginnings, take time to study them.

Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about judgment day. The day of judgment is a day of decision-making. As long as we live on earth, everything we do in life matters. That judgment day is to decide whether we are going to heaven or hell. According to the teachings of the scripture, the heaven is a place prepared by Christ Jesus for people of God. Christ said in the book of John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. Christ has prepared a place for us in the world beyond. A place where there will be no death, pain, or sorrow. A place where there will be no darkness as Christ is the light of the place.

Meanwhile, as there is heaven for God’s children, there is also a place for the children of the devil. That place is called hell. It is a place of torment, agony, and great pain. The similarity between these two places is that they are for life everlasting. Nevertheless, a man doesn’t just gain access to heaven or be sent to hell without judgment. A judgment must be passed on every individual who tasted death. It is on this judgment day that the people of God will go to heaven and the people of Satan will go to hell.

While the scripture may not tell us exactly the day judgment will happen, it, however, states that it shall come after the death of a man. Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment. After death comes judgment. Every man will be judged. After the judgment, heaven will receive God’s people and hell will be made available to those who were found wanting. It is a day of reckoning. As believers, we must always remember this day as it serves as a caution for us. There are quite a number of places in the Bible that expressed more on judgment day. We have highlighted 20 Bible verses about judgment day.

1. 1 Peter 4:17

For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

2. Revelation 20:11-15

Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

3. Hebrews 9:27

And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment,

4. 1 Corinthians 4:5

Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

5. Romans 14:10

Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God;

7. 2 Corinthians 5:10

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

8. Revelation 20:1-15

Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while. Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection.

9. Matthew 24:36

“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.

10. Revelation 21:4

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

11. 2 Peter 2:4

For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment;

12. Acts 17:31

Because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.”

13. 1 Corinthians 11:31

But if we judged ourselves truly, we would not be judged.

14. Romans 12:19

Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

15. Matthew 25:31-46

When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,

16. Romans 2:16

On that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus.

17. Matthew 6:1-34

“Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. “Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly,

18. Matthew 7:2

For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.

19. 2 Peter 3:10-13

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed. Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness, waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn! But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

20. Revelation 20:12

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.

Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about judging others righteously. The problem most believers have today is our judgemental Spirit. We are so quick to condemn people, we are so quick to judge people wrongly without being in their shoes or feeling a fragment of their pain. The Pharisees and Sadducees were quick to judge the prostitute that came to the feet of Jesus to beg for mercy. They wanted the woman to be judged according to the law. And by the law, she is meant to be stoned to death. But Jesus told them in the book of John 8:7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” Jesus told the people that whoever is righteous among them should be the first to cast the stone. And the scripture recorded that they all left the place one after the other, not a single stone was cast on the woman.

This is the point that most believers miss out on when they are about to judge others. That thing that you considered a sin, it is not that you are perfect that is why you didn’t fall into the pit of sin, you are only enjoying grace. We abuse that grace over our life anytime we judge others. Even the scripture told us to chastise others with love. Instead of condemning people to the cross, there are better ways to judge others righteously. Every judgment belongs to God. The moment we put ourselves in the position of a judge, we have sinned to God.

Nevertheless, there are ways we can correct people. There is a better approach to let people know that the things they do or are doing are wrong. There are better ways to help people right their wrongs and bring them back to Christ. To find out some of these ways, we have compiled 20 Bible verses about judging others righteously.

1. Matthew 7:18-20

A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

2. Ephesians 5:11

Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them.

3. Deuteronomy 16:18-20

“You shall appoint for yourself judges and officers in all your towns which the Lord your God is giving you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. You shall not distort justice; you shall not be partial, and you shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous. Justice, and only justice, you shall pursue, that you may live and possess the land which the Lord your God is giving you.

4. Exodus 23:6-7

“You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute. Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent or the righteous, for I will not acquit the guilty.

5. Leviticus 19:15

‘You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor nor defer to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly

6. Deuteronomy 1:16-17

“Then I charged your judges at that time, saying, ‘Hear the cases between your fellow countrymen, and judge righteously between a man and his fellow countryman, or the alien who is with him. You shall not show partiality in judgment; you shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not fear man, for the judgment is God’s. The case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.’

7. Proverbs 24:23

These also are sayings of the wise.

To show partiality in judgment is not good.

8. 1 Kings 3:28

When all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had handed down, they feared the king, for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him to administer justice.

9. Ezekiel 18:5-8

“But if a man is righteous and practices justice and righteousness, and does not eat at the mountain shrines or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, or defile his neighbor’s wife or approach a woman during her menstrual period— if a man does not oppress anyone, but restores to the debtor his pledge, does not commit robbery, but gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with clothing,

10. Exodus 18:13-16

It came about the next day that Moses sat to judge the people, and the people stood about Moses from the morning until the evening. Now when Moses’ father-in-law saw all that he was doing for the people, he said, “What is this thing that you are doing for the people? Why do you alone sit as judge and all the people stand about you from morning until evening?” Moses said to his father-in-law, “Because the people come to me to inquire of God.

11. 1 Samuel 12:1-4

Then Samuel said to all Israel, “Behold, I have listened to your voice in all that you said to me and I have appointed a king over you. Now, here is the king walking before you, but I am old and gray, and behold my sons are with you. And I have walked before you from my youth even to this day. Here I am; bear witness against me before the Lord and His anointed. Whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I defrauded? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I taken a bribe to blind my eyes with it? I will restore it to you.

12. Luke 12:13-14

Someone in the crowd said to Him, “Teacher, tell my brother to divide the family inheritance with me.” But He said to him, “Man, who appointed Me a judge or arbitrator over you?”

13. John 7:24

Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.”

14. Matthew 7:1-5

“Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?

15. Luke 6:37-42

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.” And He also spoke a parable to them: “A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit?

16. Romans 2:1-3

Therefore you have no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. And we know that the judgment of God rightly falls upon those who practice such things. But do you suppose this, O man, when you pass judgment on those who practice such things and do the same yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God?

17. Romans 14:1-13

Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not for the purpose of passing judgment on his opinions. One person has faith that he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats vegetables only. The one who eats is not to regard with contempt the one who does not eat, and the one who does not eat is not to judge the one who eats, for God has accepted him.

18. Colossians 2:16

Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day

19. James 4:11-12

Do not speak against one another, brethren. He who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law; but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge of it. There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you who judge your neighbor?

20. 1 Corinthians 5:12-13

For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? But those who are outside, God judges. Remove the wicked man from among yourselves.
