Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about children being a blessing. Psalm 127:3-4 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. Children are blessing from God. They are the proof of God’s covenant on a marriage or union. The scripture admonishes that man subdue and dominate the earth. Without children, there is no room for dominance. Children ensure the continued existence of the family, society, and Country. Even in the Christian fold, children are vital.

 

The gospel of Christ rests solidly on the shoulder of the children. The people we call children yesterday are the adults upholding the faith today. The ones we call children today will be the ones upholding the faith tomorrow. That’s to show the essence of children even in the Christian faith. Imagine the pain of not having an heir. Imagine the pain of a married couple looking up to God for that fruit of the womb. No matter how rich they are, no matter how comfortable they are, their happiness is incomplete without children.

 

Children are blessing from God. Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Even the Kingdom of heaven is likened to little children. Christ explained that unless people that behaving like little children, it might be difficult for them to make heaven. The heart of children is void of evil. It is filled with so much innocence.
