Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about communication.

As a Christian communication is paramount to our christian journey. It’s a skill that must be learnt if we want to improve our christian walk and faith with God. Communication is really Important in every relationship, it has been confirmed that many relationships has died due to lack of communication.

God longs for and await undisturbed communication between us and Him , He loves to hear from us. Communication involves both listening and replying. Although many has failed in this, many of us only talk to God or communicate with God to reply Him and not to listen. The chain of communication has to be balanced which is listening and replying. Many will say they don’t hear from God. How will they hear from God when they don’t wait to listen to what God has to say concerning them?.

How do we communicate with God?

Praying and studying the scripture is the way of talking to God. But when we pray we shouldn’t just ask God for things , we should listen to Him Incase He has any plans or instructions to give us. By so doing we pray according to God’s will and ask Him to communicate to us through His words. After talking so much during prayer, let’s take time to hold still and dwell in the truth of God’s word . God is a God of order and He will make known His instructions clear to us .

 

1. Psalm 1:1-6

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

 

2. Proverbs 6:2-5

If you are snared in the words of your mouth, caught in the words of your mouth, then do this, my son, and save yourself, for you have come into the hand of your neighbor: go, hasten, and plead urgently with your neighbor. Give your eyes no sleep and your eyelids no slumber; save yourself like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter, like a bird from the hand of the fowler.
