Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about faithfulness in relationships. A relationship is a mutual dealing between two or more people. It could be a family relationship, work relationship, or emotional relationship. People find it rather difficult to remain faithful in relationships. For instance, a worker and employer are in a Corporate relationship and the two parties owe themselves a certain level of commitment, honesty, and loyalty.

 

Let’s pitch our tent around the emotional relationship that involves two people courting or married. The major reason why we have so many broken marriages and relationships is that people are no longer following the instructions of the bible. The scripture advised some level of commitment from two parties in a marriage. But when people are not following what the scripture says, there will always be problems in every relationship.

 

Each party in a relationship must remain faithful and committed. The Lord wants us to have a better understanding of faithfulness in relationships that why He has instructed us to come up with these Scriptural verses. We have compiled a list of 20 bible verses about faithfulness in relationships.

 

1. Ephesians 5:33

Nevertheless, each individual among you also is to love his own wife even as himself, and the wife must see to it that she respects her husband.

 

2. Ruth 1:16-18

But Ruth said, “Do not urge me to leave you or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God. Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. Thus may the Lord do to me, and worse, if anything but death parts you and me.” When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she said no more to her.

 

 

3. Ruth 2:11-12

Boaz replied to her, “All that you have done for your mother-in-law after the death of your husband has been fully reported to me, and how you left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and came to a people that you did not previously know. 8. 1 Samuel 20:8
