Helping people in need is a good attribute a Christian must possess. It was said in the bible that when you go to an unbelievers house to preach to them , if they’re hungry, you feed them first before preaching to them, so that when they’re filled they will listen to you with a happy soul and full attention. It is said that a hungry man is an angry man and the way to a man’s heart is food. It’s not about carrying bible about and telling people we are Christians, we have to allow our attitude as a Christian speak for us. Giving and helping people in need will help you to win souls for Christ. When we preach love we have to show it. There’s no point in preaching what we don’t practice as Christians. Remember that the people of Antioch were first called Christians because they saw that they were behaving Christ like. 1. Acts 20:35

In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.
