Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about judgement.

The bible says for every souls that were created will be judged by God when they die. At the end of every life created by God , they will die and the bible says after death is judgement. Everyone will be judged according to how good or bad they were while they were still alive. That’s why our pastors in church keep on reminding us to accept Jesus as our Lord and personal savior before it is too late.

Remember the part of the the bible that says repent for the kingdom of heaven is near. In one of Jesus’ teaching, He told us to be scared of the one who can kill both the body and the soul. Today we beg us to have a change of heart and accept God Into our lives for when we die and we’re judged , we will be without blame and enjoy the wonderful view of Heaven God has promised us.

On the judgement day according to the bible it will be all man for Himself. We pray we don’t fall short of God’s glory and be given the opportunity to join Him in Heaven as He has promised us. As our Father in Heaven is holy let’s be holy too and flee from every appearance of the devil.

20 bible verses have been collected to help us understand and know more about what the bible says co concerning judgement.

 

1. Matthew 7:1-10

Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.

 

2. Romans 14:12-13

So then each of us will give an account of himself to God. Therefore let us not pass judgment on one another any longer, but rather decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother.

 

3. Romans 14:10-12

Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.” So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.

 

4. 1 Corinthians 4:5

Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

7. James 2:1-5

For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him?

 

8. 2 Timothy 4:8

Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.

 

9. Daniel 7:9-10

As I looked, thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days took his seat; his clothing was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire. A stream of fire issued and came out from before him; a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him; the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.

 

10. 2 Peter 3:7

But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.
