Sin is an immoral act considered to be a transgression against God’s commandments. God wants us all to obey Him and follow His instructions. Ezekiel 26:21 says; I will make thee a terror, and thou shalt be no more: though thou be sought for, yet shalt thou never be found again, saith the Lord GOD.The promises of God are ever sure but the only thing that can stand as a barrier to its fulfillment is SIN. No matter how little the sin is,be it that white lie,it is a sin and sin is a reproach to any nation.Jesus love us but hate sin,its time to think, repent of whatever can deny us of the blessings of God.
When warns us,we must repent and turn a new leaf. Twenty bible verses have been collected in today’s topic to help us understand and have the knowledge of what God says about Sin and sinners.
1. 1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
2. James 5:16
Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
3. Psalm 51:1-5
