Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses for women.

There are many uplifting verses for women in the bible. He created them lovely and beautiful, they are to be respected and adored. The bible even told us women has a special place in God’s heart. He commanded the men to love, cherish and respect his wife. Jesus told the man to respect his wife and Honor his wife just as Christ loves us.

Jesus was and is still a lover of women. He set the standard on how women should be treated and catered for. There are many instances in the bible where God celebrated, honored and held women in high esteem. Remember when Jesus resurrected,the first person e showed Himself to was Mary Magdalene

When we read through the word of God, its obvious how Jesus feels and celebrate women. He created them lovely and strong, soft and admiring. Women should not forget that they are precious and salt of the earth . We know how important salt is to us, we can’t do without them, that’s how precious we are. When we feel like questioning our gender we should always remember our God Himself acknowledges us. Jesus made sure He set the standard for how women should be treated because of the love He has for them.

Here are 20 empowering Bible verses that I believe will encourage, empower, and strengthen your spirit as a woman.

 

1. Titus 2:3-5

Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.

 

2. 1 Timothy 2:11-15

Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. Yet she will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.

 

3. Proverbs 31:10-15

An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life. She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands. She is like the ships of the merchant; she brings her food from afar.

 

4. 1 Corinthians 14:34-35

The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says. If there is anything they desire to learn, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.

7. Ephesians 5:22-30
