Luke 17:1 One day Jesus said to his disciples, “There will always be temptations to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting.

In this Present age, we are surrounded with devices that would want to tempt us to sin. We are in an Era that sin is now a norm. But as children of God regardless of the situation, Jesus encourage that we stay focus, fix our eyes an the cross and that our faith must not shake. Regardless of what we are being faced with, or challenges we are going through, let us ensures that our faith is build on nothing less than Jesus Christ.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus help me to hold forth for your coming.You will definitely be rewarded for heavens sake. And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake, 30. Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

There is an assurance for believers who serve God in spirit and in truth, forsaking all other things for the sake of the Gospel and the kingdom of God. Their reward would not only be in heaven but also in the this world.Whatever we do for the gospel of God or for the kingdom sake, let us do it wholeheartedly and not just because it is required of us, let us set aside every weight, in due course we shall reap the reward. 20 Bible verses about overcoming temptation has been collected in today’s topic.
