Even scientist said the first thing we should do in the morning is to drink water as they believe that the first thing that gets into our body will determine our mood for that day and also help our body system to function well. The same way scientist thinks water is to be taken first thing In the morning goes with thoughts that waking up early to pray gives us time to find ourselves and talk to God.
