Today we will be dealing with 15 short bible verses about kindness. Kindness is the act of showing love and concern for others. As believers, we must show love and concern for other people whether or not they are Christians. The mistake most Christians make is having a misconception about some verses in the scripture. 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Most believers think this means they must avoid those who are not Christians and those struggling with faith. Naturally, most believers put themselves in the position of a judge. They are fast to rule out and condemn others when they don’t share the same faith with them. Kindness goes beyond any boundary. There is no chain or limitations to showing kindness. As believers, we must learn to show kindness to everyone. This is what the scripture taught us and that’s what Christ told us.

We are not supposed to show kindness to only Christians or our kinsmen, our kindness should be to all and sundry. We should offer help and support to people that need it dearly and not to only people we wish to show them to. There are so many scriptural verses that teach us about kindness. God expects that our life portrays the nature of Christ. Jesus showed love and concern for everyone. The scripture said how God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth who went about doing good. Christ went about doing to everyone that comes his way. We must in that same vein render help to people. We must show kindness to everyone that comes our way. It doesn’t matter whether they are believers or not.
