Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about goodness. The Lord is good, all the time, and all the time, the Lord is good. What does the goodness of God mean? It means the blessings, favor, mercy, and generosity of God towards man. God didn’t create us to suffer, He didn’t create us to wallow in pain and poverty. He promises that He will give us an expected end. Everything about God is good. And the goodness of God makes life easy for any individual. Little wonder the Psalmist didn’t take the goodness of God for a joke. Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

 

The goodness of God doesn’t go alone. It is often accompanied by mercy. And when mercy speaks over the life of any individual, everything becomes easy. We all crave the mercy of God. The goodness of God brings mercy and favor, it carries the presence of God. When the presence of God goes with a man, protocols will bow.
