Prayer is an important aspect of a Christian journey , you can’t survive without food , prayer is like food to us ,how do we survive this harsh world without praying?.
Mark.11.24 – That’s why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you’ll get God’s everything.There is need to pray everytime and anytime. Prayer is the key to so many needs.
If Jesus, our father could see the need to pray not even when He was in distress alone so who are we not to pray.When we pray with assurance, faith and undoubting spirit, we will get result. When we pray right without any selfish ambitions we will get result. 20 Bible verses about importance of prayer have been collected in today’s topic.
1. Philippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
2. Matthew 6:6
But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
3. 1 Timothy 2:1-4
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

6. 2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
7. James 5:13-18
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise. Is anyone among you sick?
