A peacemaker is known to be a good person and a lover and doer of God’s commandments. God has a special reward for a peacemaker. A peacemaker help people to make peace with themselves. When you help people to make peace with themselves this makes God happy and there’s a great reward awaiting a peacemaker. In Matthew 5:9 Jesus said Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

A peacemaker helps adversaries to reconcile and bring peace to everyone in the neighborhood or environment. Being a peacemaker is one of the characteristics a Christian must possess as it is also a gift of the spirit. From what God says about making peace with our friends and everyone around us, it is obvious God loves a peacemaker.
