A CALL TO OBEDIENCE

The Israelites, having suffered a number of evils, came to the realization that disobedience is costly and that for it to be well with them, they had to obey God in every situation (favorable/unfavorable). Obedience pays in the long run and that is what God expects of us. He prefers and is pleased with us when we act promptly in obedience to every instruction he gives to us and not wait until we start suffering the consequences of disobedience.

What is that thing/issue the Lord has given you instructions about and has been awaiting your response? Obey the Lord today for it to be well with you. Don’t forget, delayed obedience is tantamount to disobedience. We should always tell the Lord to help us to act promptly in obedience to every command of His. We receive grace to obey always in Jesus name, Amen. 20 Bible verses about Obedience have collected in today’s topic.
