Today we will be dealing with patience in a relationship. If you are an overthinker and very impatient, you are most likely to have trouble in your relationship. It doesn’t matter the type of relationship you are in. Whether it is romantic or casual, you must learn to have patience. Your lack of patience will not only ruin things for you, but it might also cost you a friend.
For patience anger management, the scripture has countless verses. For instance, in the book of James 1:19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. The scripture is teaching us how to react when we are dealing with people.
You must be slow to speak but quick to listen. One of the things we must take charge of is our mouth and mind. When you lose control of your mind, you can’t censor the type of thoughts that goes through it. When you lose control of your mouth, you can’t control what comes out of it. And words are powerful. They can make and unmake friendships.
A relationship is a sustained interaction between two or more persons. First, you must understand that the other person or persons are not exactly like you. Understanding this will teach you patience and tolerance in any relationship.
