Today, we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses about showing Remorse

John 8 vs 3, When the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery.

They made her stand in the middle of the court and put the case before Him. One of the attributes of the devil is that he is a blackmailer, he uses a man’s unconfessed sin against him just to hold him bound.

David knew that his deeds against Uriah was wrong so when the prophet Nathan told him, he acknowledged his sins in psalms 51, he didn’t cover up what was not covered.

When we sin, the urge to cover up will come, what will people say most especially those considered to be men of God and the devil who thrive in unconfessed sins will now make one a prey. I must always confess my wrong unto the Lord and forsake them.

Prayer:- Lord Jesus, I know that you love me so peradventure I fell short, help me to acknowledge, confess and forsake my sins.
