Today we will be dealing with 20 Bible verses everyone must know.

some of us loves to read the bible actively , it has become part of to study, we are always searching for and reading the verses that suits our situations at that particular time ,and some study the bible to get familiar with the word of God. As the book of Joshua has told us that the book of the Lord should not depart out of our mouth and that we should meditate therein and day out, Bible verses help us get acquainted with the supremacy and divinity of Christ. In fact, if you read the word of God often you will get familiar in no time but the wonders is that each time you read the scripture you get new inspiration from the holy spirit and you can’t even help but wonder if it wasn’t the same scripture you read before. This is why we have all bible verses that fits all situations all the time.

The Bible also contains many inspirational, words of encouragement, motivating verses that helps when you’re feeling down, verses you can read when you’re in danger, shorter verses that are easy to memorize and also teach others who needs our help when in danger and needs protection.

Even though these passages from the Bible are short, they can still work in amazing ways to transform the lives of those seeking the face of God. Challenge yourself as you read through them and see how many of them you know by heart, and how many are new to you.

 

1. Galatians 3:13-14

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”— so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith.

 

2. 1 Peter 3:7-12

Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered. Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. 3. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

 

4. 1 Corinthians 10:13

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

7. Colossians 1:1-8

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, To the saints and faithful brothers in Christ at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father. We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love that you have for all the saints, because of the hope laid up for you in heaven. Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel.

 

8. Philippians 3:1-10

11. Isaiah 40:29-31

He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.
