Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses to find help in times of need.

The bible says Jesus is our shepherd and we shall not want. Meaning Jesus will always provide for our needs. A shepherd keeps and guide the sheep, feeds them and take care of them. Therefore today we are assuring us that God loves us His children so much that He won’t want us to lack . When we need help let’s call upon God He will answer us. We face challenges in different times of our lives so whenever we are going through any problems let’s call on God. He will help us at all times.

The scripture talked about many times God has helped His people for fighting a battle, conquering the devil, helping the barren, healing the sick, giving food to the widows, restoring Lost glory and destiny.

There are many example like that in the bible and these should assure us that no problem is to difficult for our God to solve for us therefore when we need help let’s call upon God. Twenty bible verses have been gathered together for us to read in today’s topic whenever we need to find help in times of need .

 

1. Psalm 121:1-8

A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.

 

2. 2 Chronicles 14:11

And Asa cried to the Lord his God, “O Lord, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and the weak. Help us, O Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this multitude. O Lord, you are our God; let not man prevail against you.

 

3. Psalm 91:1-10

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day.

 

4. 1 John 5:14-15

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.
