Today we will be dealing with 25 bible verses about grace and forgiveness. The amazing grace of God saved us from the curse of the law. We have learned so much about the grace of God. The scripture recorded that while we were yet sinners Christ has died for us to enable the grace of God to work over our lives. Forgiveness can come through the grace of God. A man that experiences the grace of God will find favor in the sight of men. He would not stress before he gets things done.

 

Exodus 34:6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth. The Lord is slow to anger, merciful and gracious, and quick to forgive. When a sinner confesses his sins the Lord is gracious to forgive. The grace of God can be eminent in the life of a man, a family, or a nation at large. The children of Isreal enjoyed the unmerited grace of God through their fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And God was Gracious to forgive their sins and take them to the promised land.

 

The steadfast love of God never ends. He gave us the best gift which was the birth and death of Christ Jesus. The blood that was shed on the cross of Calvary activated the covenant of grace upon our lives as believers. When we confess our sins and forsake them, God is gracious to forgive us. We have compiled a list of 25 bible verses about grace and forgiveness. These scriptures will open our eyes to understanding the concept of God’s grace and forgiveness.

 

1. Romans 3:24

Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.

 

2. Romans 5:15

But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!

 

3. Ephesians 1:6-7

to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
