Today we will be dealing with 25 bible verses about heaven on earth. The silver lining is that heaven is up in the sky and until we die we can see heaven. Not many people know that we can enjoy heaven even on earth. One of the connotative meanings of heaven is a place of rest, peace, and tranquillity. When we enjoy peace, rest, and tranquility, it is a feeling of heaven. Besides this comfort, the scripture also made us understand in the book of revelation that this present earth will be wiped away and a new heaven and new earth will be created by God. Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

As believers, our lives should not be subjected to pain and agony. No portion of the Bible says that we must live in poverty simply because we are believers. The scripture told us to occupy, dominate and do business until the second coming of Christ. This is a feeling of heaven on earth. But it is quite unfortunate that many believers don’t understand this. They shy away from the need for money, peace, and comfort simply because they are believers. Our life is not a battlefield, we are not meant to be going from one problem to another simply because we are Christians.
