Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses about faithfulness. Faithfulness is the act of loyalty, honesty, and being reliable. God is a perfect definition of faithfulness, without Him the word faithfulness would not have an essence. God is faithful in all circumstances, regardless of what we do. His promises are sure and unwavering. Let’s take into account the story of the children of Isreal. The Lord established a covenant with their fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He promised to give them a land and because of this, His everlasting Covenant was established with the children of Isreal.

He led them out of captivity in Egypt, fed them with manna, divided the sea for their sake, inflicted their captors with a terrible disease, and spared the children of Isreal. The Lord performed so many signs and wonders for the children of Isreal. Despite doing all these for the children of Isreal, they still didn’t have faith in God. At the moment Moses was away on the mountain communing with God, the children of Isreal made a golden image for themselves and worshipped it claiming that was the God that brought them out of Egypt. God was greatly angered by their actions, however, His covenant with them still stands because of His Faithfulness.

Similarly in our lives, there are times when we have done so many evil things but God still kept us and kept His promises alive over us simply because He is faithful. Men may boast of their money, status, and position, but God alone is faithful. His faithfulness is why He is called God.
