Today we will be dealing with 20 bible verses to read when in doubt.

The bible says whatever situation we find ourselves in we should call upon God. We have been given free access to God. Jesus said whatsoever you will ask in my name, I will give you. Let’s not ever doubt that God can solve a problem for us.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen. Having faith has benefited many of us. Our Fathers and Apostles in the bible are perfect examples. Our father Abraham was called father of Faith. They trusted God even though they experienced delay in having a child, God gave them a wonderful son who birthed a nation.

Those who wait upon the Lord shall be rewarded greatly and wonderfully. Therefore let’s trust God and not doubt Him. Jesus is our hope , and also our hope of glory. Those who trust in the Lord’s name will not do so in vain. Today’s topic is to give us the courage to always trust God and not doubt Him even for a second.

 

1. James 1:6

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.

 

2. Proverbs 3:5-8

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.

 

3. Matthew 21:21

And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

 

6. Luke 1:18-20

And Zechariah said to the angel, “How shall I know this? For I am an old man, and my wife is advanced in years.” And the angel answered him, “I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news. And behold, you will be silent and unable to speak until the day that these things take place, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled in their time.

9. Acts 28:4

When the native people saw the creature hanging from his hand, they said to one another, “No doubt this man is a murderer. Though he has escaped from the sea, Justice has not allowed him to live.

 

10. Mark 11:23

Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.
